CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours notice for all rescheduled or cancelled appointments. A cancellation fee of $25 or 50% of the scheduled service(whichever is more) will be charged at the time of missed service via the credit card on file. If there is a no call/no show or notice is given less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time a fee of 100% of the service will be incurred. Additionally, a late arrival of more than 10 minutes may result in a reschedule of your appointment and a no-show fee.

CHILDREN

While we love to have your children in for their own services, we do ask that you refrain from bringing them to your appointments. We love for our guests to be able to relax during their salon time and we all know that bringing the kids doesn’t allow for that. We do make exceptions for babies under 6 months of age.

PARKING

Parking is free and available in our building parking lot or on the street directly outside of the salon.

CAN I BOOK WITHOUT PUTTING IN MY CREDIT CARD INFO?

There are many things that go into your reserved appointment time besides just the time on the books. At this time we require a credit card on file for all new clients to ensure that our time as well as our other client’s time is respected. Thank you for understanding!
